Yesterday I was asked to photograph a truly unique event. The Miami Marlins baseball team hosted a special guest: Pepe Sal, the mascot of the Pets’ Trust Miami. During this event you’ll see Pepe getting the true VIP treatment with special parking; a private entrance to the Diamond Club; private photo shoots with Marlins pitcher Mark Buehrle and his wife Jamie who are well know animal rights supporters; Univision‘s National Satellite Radio Host + Network TV Reporter Xiomara González; Miss Florida 2012 Laura McKeeman; mascot Billy the Marlin; and an exclusive interview with Fox Sports reporter Allison Williams.
What a day!
To learn more about the mission of the Pets’ Trust Miami visit their site and “like” them on Facebook here. You’ll also see in the photo slide show the founder of the Pets’ Trust Michael Rosenberg; Board member Rita Schwartz; and Pepe Sal’s new adopted owner Debi Strochak.
I’d like to personally send a huge thank you for donating your valuable time to Mark & Jamie Buehrle, Xiomara González, Laura McKeeman, Billy the Marlin and Allison Williams.
And a big thank you to three people who really helped make this happen: the Miami Marlins Director of Marketing Matt Britten, Miami Marlins Director of Broadcasting Emmanuel C. Muñoz and marketing intern Sarah Garcia who patiently escorted us around the beautiful new stadium.
Have you met any of these people mentioned above? Have you been to the Marlins new stadium?
I get hired to photograph people: business headshots, magazine portraiture, acting & modeling photos, family portraits, online dating profile photos, etc. and have have had private portrait sessions with many prominent people which YOU CAN VIEW HERE.
