I met a new client in North Miami Beach today and saw this stray chihuahua mix trying to cross 5 lanes of traffic on 135th Street. Amazingly, she made it across unharmed so I pulled over to the side of the road and picked her up.
I’ve decided to foster her and try to find a “forever home” for her. Obviously I don’t know anything about her history but she is an incredibly cute chihuahua mix (that’s my best guess); fairly young by the condition of her teeth; huge ears; I noticed a slight limp from her back paw. She plays well with my 90 lb. black lab Sergei. It’s too early to say whether she’s house-trained but no accidents yet.
Please feel free to share this post with everyone, post to Facebook, your vet, etc. I’ve been told that I shouldn’t advertise a “Free” dog because unscrupulous people will take and try to sell her for a profit. So, to prevent this, I’m asking whoever adopts her to make a donation to Friends Forever Humane Society.

Any thoughts? Is this a chihuahua mix? Know anyone interested? Feel free to comment here:
